Level Sensors
Fisher® Level Sensors, in conjunction with either FIELDVUE DLC3000 Series digital level controllers or 2500 Series controllers and transmitters, are designed to measure changes in liquid level, liquid interface level, or density/specific gravity inside a process vessel.
| Fisher® Caged Displacers |
|
Caged sensors provide more stable operation than do cageless sensors for vessels with internal obstructions or considerable internal turbulence. |

| Fisher® Cageless Displacers |
|
Cageless sensors are generally used on applications requiring large displacers that are accommodated by large flange connections. Different displacer stem lengths permit lowering the displacer to the desired depth. |

Level Switches
On-off switch that senses high or low liquid levels. A displacer is used as the sensor and is located in an external cage that mounts to the outside of a vessel.
| Fisher® 2100 Pneumatic Switch and 2100E Electric Switch |
|
On-off Fisher® 2100 pneumatic switch and Fisher 2100E electric switch sense high or low liquid levels. Typically, these switches pneumatically or electrically operate safety shutdown systems for field processing equipment in oil and gas production applications. The Type 2100 and 2100E switches both use a displacer-style sensor located in an external cage that mounts on the outside of a vessel. Sour gas service capability: (NACE) MR0175. |

Level Transmitters
Both digital electronic and pneumatic displacement level controllers are used for accurate level measurement or precision level loop control. Fisher® displacement level technology is applied in level, level interface and density applications. Displacement level technology is proven to be reliable and accurate for a wide variety of process mediums and conditions.
| Fisher®DL3 Digital Level Controller |
|
The integration of a wafer-style liquid level sensor and transmitter in one product, the Fisher®DL3 (DLC3000 Series digital level controller in combination with a 249W Series sensor) enables users to install digital level transmitters to a variety of industry standard or custom process vessel connections. The sensor consists of a wafer body, torque tube assembly and displacer and is rated for CL150, 300, and 600. The wafer body mounts between NPS 3 or 4 raised face flanges. Custom configurations are also available to meet your specific application requirements. |

| Fisher® DLC3010 Digital HART® Level Controller | |
DLC3010 digital level controllers are used with level sensors to measure liquid level, the level of interface between two liquids, or liquid specific gravity (density). They are communicating, microprocessor-based sensing instruments. In addition to the normal function of providing a 4 to 20 mA current signal, DLC3010 digital level controllers, using the HART communications protocol, give easy access to information critical to process operation. |

| Fisher® DLC3020f Digital Fieldbus Level Controller | |
The DLC3020f digital level controller is a fieldbus communicating instrument used to measure liquid level or the level of interface between two liquids using displacement sensor technology. In addition to the normal function of reporting process level PV, the DLC3020f, using FOUNDATION™ fieldbus protocol, gives easy access to information critical to process operation and will readily integrate into a new or existing control system. AMS Suite: Intelligent Device Manager or the 475 Field Communicator can be used to configure, calibrate, or test the digital level controller. |

Liquid Level Controllers
The pneumatic level controllers sense the level of a liquid or a liquid-to-liquid interface, compare the level with a desired value (set point) and produce a pneumatic signal that can operate an actuator control valve. By operating an actuator and valve, the controller maintains level at a value around set point.
| Fisher® 2500 Pneumatic Level Controller | |
Fisher® 2500 pneumatic level controllers are rugged, dependable, and simply constructed pneumatic instruments. In conjunction with a Fisher® 249 Series sensor, they sense liquid level or interface level in a vessel, and produce a standard pneumatic output signal proportional to the process variable. |

| Fisher® L2 and L2sj Liquid Level Controller | |
Fisher® L2 and L2sj rugged liquid level controllers use a displacer type sensor to detect liquid level or the interface of two liquids of different specific gravities. The reliability of the design make these controllers well suited for high pressure liquid level applications in natural gas production, compression and processing. The device delivers a pneumatic output signal to a control valve. The sensor uses a threaded 2 NPT connection to the vessel. Standard constructions use materials that comply with the requirements of ACE MR0175-2002. |
