ACE of Hearts is our employee powered, company-sponsored committee dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others within our community.
Whether we commit time or finances, our goal is to provide support to local non-profit organizations that are in need of assistance, specifically those which support health and community well being.
Every Wednesday, Applied Control employees assemble 100 sack lunches to feed the homeless in Civic Center Park, Denver, CO. We have also established a collection site for gathering items needed for Denver’s homeless (i.e. socks, gloves, hats, tarps, etc.). These items are distributed along with the sack lunches every Wednesday at noon.
Applied Control holds at least two blood drives with Colorado Children’s Hospital at our office each year.
Parker Task Force is a non-profit organization operated solely by volunteers to provide short-term support to those in need in three suburbs of Denver. Applied Control supports this local non-profit by organizing “Can-Struction” style competitions in which functional teams compete to build the best free-standing construction made of cans.
