Fisher® Type 92B Self-Powered Control Valve

Fisher® Type 92B Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is the standard steam valve for the industry. It can withstand dirty operating environments while providing accurate and stable pressure control. Type 92B steam valve is designed to provide decades of continuous service. Type 92B steam valve is applied as a main pressure reducing valve in industrial process heating applications such as heat exchangers, evaporators, digesters, and reactors.

Type 92B steam valve is diaphragm actuated, thus providing a simple, accurate, and easily maintained valve. Type 92B steam valve is rated for inlet pressures to 300 psig / 20,7 bar at 600°F / 316°C. The inlet (upstream) steam operates the pilot in this self-powered control valve.

Fisher® Type 92C self-powered control valve is a cost effective pressure reducing regulator used in steam service. This valve is available with a Type 6392 pilot or without a pilot for use as a pressure-loaded regulator. The pilot-operated version uses inlet pressure as the operating medium; no separate air supply is required. The pressure-loaded version is used where remote adjustment of the valve pressure setting is required.
Fisher® Type 92S Self-Powered Control Valve

Fisher® Type 92S self-powered control valves are piston actuated for high cycle steam service. Type 92S control valves and pilot use lapped seating surfaces that have been proven to minimize seat leakage. Types 6492H and 6492L pilots have bellows sealed stems to eliminate stem guide friction.

The steel and stainless steel Type 92S control valves are available with a set point range of up to 250 psig / 17,2 bar and a maximum temperature of 650º F / 343º C.

Type 92S control valves can be used as a working monitor by adding a second Type 6492 pilot. The intermediate pressure must be high enough to meet the minimum differential pressure requirement of the second regulator. Pilot supply for the second regulator can be connected to the upstream system. When intermediate pressure may be too low (minimum differential pressure is pilot supply pressure minus outlet pressure).

These valves should be used with clear, dry or superheated steam.

Fisher Pilot Operated RegulatorFisher® Type 92W pressure-reducing regulator for liquid service includes either a Type 6492H or a Type 6492L pilot. This reliable, dependable regulator uses time-proven design concepts.

Pilot supply pressure is piped from the main valve inlet to the pilot inlet connection. Downstream pressure registers on the main valve pistons through the downstream control line and then on the pilot diaphragm.

Fisher® Type 99  gas regulator provides a broad capacity for controlled pressure ranges and capacities in a wide variety of distribution, industrial, and commercial applications.

Type 99 regulator has a Type 61L (low pressure), Type 61H (high pressure), or a Type 61HP (extra high pressure) pilot integrally mounted to the actuator casing. Type 99 regulator can handle up to 1000 psig / 69,0 bar inlet pressures (the 1000 psig / 69,0 bar regulator requires a Type 1301F pilot supply regulator and a Type H110 pop relief valve). The pilot supply regulator reduces inlet pressure to a usable 200 psig / 13,8 bar for the extra high pressure pilot. This regulator comes standard with O-ring seals on the guide bushing and valve carrier to keep main valve body outlet pressure from interfering with outlet pressure in the lower casing assembly.
