Pneumatic Valve Positioner

Conventional pneumatic valve positioners receive a pneumatic control signal and translate that into the appropriate pneumatic output signal to the control valve actuator.  This positioner technology has been the stalwart for the process control industry for decades, and is still extensively used. We make a variety of Fisher® pneumatic positioners to meet almost any need a customer may have.

Fisher 3750 Pneumatic Valve Positioner Fisher® 3570 pneumatic valve positioners are used with control valve assemblies to provide an accurate valve stem position that is proportional to the input signal received from a control device. The input signal range can be 0.2 to 1.0 bar (3 to 15 psig), 0.4 to 2.0 bar (6 to 30 psig), or another pneumatic input signal range, as required. These positioners are normally used with pneumatic piston actuators. However, product types within the 3570 Series can be used with pneumatic, long-stroke, cylinder actuators or with pneumatic diaphragm actuators.

3582 Pneumatic Valve PositionerFisher® 3582pneumatic, single-acting positioner is used with diaphragm-actuated, sliding-stem control valve assemblies. The pneumatic valve positioner receives a pneumatic input signal from a control device and modulates the supply pressure to the control valve actuator, providing an accurate valve stem position that is proportional to the pneumatic input signal.

Fisher® 3710 Pneumatic Valve Positioner

Fisher® 3710 pneumatic positioner is designed for use with either diaphragm or piston rotary actuators. It provides a valve ball or disk position for a specific input signal. The 3710 positioner provides a valve position in response to a pneumatic input signal. It can easily be configured as single- or double-acting for rotary actuators.
